Specialist in building collaborations with businesses and organizations in the private sector to increase adolescent employment prospects
Specialist in monitoring, evaluation, and learning with extensive experience in organizing and directing M&E capacity-building initiatives, training, and continuous assistance for all partners to improve the gathering, analysis, visualization, management, and use of high-quality data.
Expert in identifying and putting into action capacity-building projects to promote the responsiveness and effectiveness of local governments, service providers, and/or civil society organizations.
Specialists in gender, equality, and social inclusion (GESI) have experience creating interventions that encourage marginalized groups’ inclusion and engagement.
Experts in managing and administering grants and grantees, particularly those with management experience for programs backed by USAID.

an appropriate bachelor’s degree.
A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in the relevant technical specialization.
It is strongly desired if you have prior experience working with children, neighborhood groups, the corporate sector, or local government.
experience working on projects financed by USAID or other foreign donors.
Full professional proficiency in spoken and written English; preference given to those with knowledge of pertinent local tongues.
