Responsibilities:

 

 Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

 Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability

 Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately

 Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints effectively

 Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention

 Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

 Stay informed about company products, promotions, and policies

Requirements:

 

 Previous customer service experience preferred 

 Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

 Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

 Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

 Proficiency in computer skills and familiarity with CRM software

 Positive attitude and willingness to learn

 Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
