We are currently seeking an organized, efficient Scheduling Coordinator to manage the scheduling of services, resources, and personnel. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

 Coordinate and manage scheduling for staff, resources, or events.

 Communicate with clients, customers, or team members to determine scheduling needs and preferences.

 Maintain and update scheduling calendars and databases.

 Address and resolve scheduling conflicts in a timely and effective manner.

 Collaborate with various departments to ensure coordinated efforts.

 Provide timely and accurate information to stakeholders regarding schedules.

 Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to scheduling activities.

Qualifications:

 

 High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is a plus. 

 Proven experience as a Scheduling Coordinator or similar role.

 Strong organizational and planning skills.

 Proficient in the use of scheduling software and office applications.

 Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Preferred Skills (but not required):

 

 Experience with project management tools.

 Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

 Detail-oriented with an aptitude for problem-solving.
