Senior Manager, Digital Project Management Office (PMO), Remote, Home based

The Senior Manager, Digital Pro ject Management Office (PMO) will be instrumental in driving Gold Standard ambitious digital transformation and ensuring the successful delivery of digital projects.

Reporting to the Director, Digital Systems, t he Senior Manager, Digital PMO will be responsible for managing all digital projects of Gold Standard , including the digital workplace and the end-to-end digitization of Gold Standard impact delivery processes (i.e., digitalization of the full suite of Gold Standard products and services, including methodologies, assurance, registry services, and marketplace and exchange integrations ) . The Senior Manager, Digital PMO will be supported by dedicated project managers who may be internal or external consultants.

The Senior Manager, Digital PMO will also be in charge of designing and implementing the digital project demand management process, including a prioritization framework, and the digital project dashboard.

This a remote role which can be based in the UK or Germany.


 Digital Project Management
 Lead and manage all digital projects within Gold Standard , ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
 Develop and maintain project management methodologies, tools, and processes to ensure consistent and efficient digital project execution.
 Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives , deliverables, and success criteria.
 Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure their involvement and support throughout the project and program lifecycle.
 Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed.
 Monitor project progress, provide regular status updates, and communicate project milestones and outcomes.
 Communicate project and program me status, progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders through regular status reports, meetings, and presentations.
2. Digital Workplace and End-to-End Digitization of impact delivery processes

 Lead the design and implementation of the digital workplace, such as ERP system, collaboration tools, document management systems, and communication platforms.
 Monitor the effectiveness of digital workplace initiatives and digitization efforts, and recommend improvements based on user feedback and organizational goals.
 Manage the end-to-end digitization of Gold Standard impact delivery processes based on the Board-approved strategy .
 Ensure seamless integration and user adoption of digital tools and platforms.
3. Digital Project Demand Management

 Design and implement a robust digital project demand management process, including a prioritization framework.
 Collaborate with key stakeholders to capture and evaluate project requests, aligning them with Gold Standard goals and strategic objectives .
 Prioritize project requests based on predefined criteria and resource /budget availability. 
 Facilitate project intake and selection meetings, providing guidance and recommendations on project prioritization .
 Establish and maintain effective communication channels to manage project demand and stakeholder expectations.
4. Digital Project Dashboard

 Develop and maintain a digital project dashboard to provide visibility into project status, key metrics, and performance indicators.
 Define and track project metrics and KPIs to measure project success and identify areas for improvement.
 Provide regular reports and updates to senior management and stakeholders on project progress, risks, and issues.
 Identify trends and patterns from project data to drive continuous improvement and inform decision-making.


 Proven experience in leading and managing digital projects and programs.
 Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
 Familiarity with digital workplace concepts, process digitization, and emerging technologies.
 Experience in designing and implementing project demand management processes, including prioritization frameworks.
 Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with an ability to develop and maintain project dashboards.
 Strong ability to effectively lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization .
