Job Summary: Oversees the execution and completion of information technology solutions projects in the professional services arena. Manages people who lead projects supporting the company-client relationship, ensuring customer satisfaction. Provides budget analysis, labor planning, and coordination of activities between client and company personnel. Monitors project completion from initiation through delivery to meet revenue and cost projections. Ove rsees performance of the installation and client acceptance of, enterprise software systems, or system integration projects or Oversees performance of the installation and client acceptance of, enterprise software systems, or system integration projects or engagements. Serves as mediator to internal issues and conflicting priorities for members of cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing solutions to clients. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient deployment of resources to complete project and department deliverables.

Accountabilities:

 Partners with key Operations stakeholders and contributing to long-term vision.
 Understands key customer individual needs and addressing them
 Identifying problematic areas and implementing strategic solutions in time.
 Responsible for capturing requests, ideas, opportunities for the assigned client partner group(s) and ensuring these are properly represented to ISS and the Operations Management Committee (OMC).
 Effectively communicates relevant project information to organization management.
 Keeps project team well informed of changes to ensure completion of project and staying within budget constraints.
 Supports Director in development, management, implementation and evaluation of appropriate systems, projects, services, staff and budgets.
 Supports Director in development and evaluation of unit, division, and departmental goals and objectives, proposals, reports, etc., as they relate to the organization’s strategic plan and priorities.
 Represents and reports to the client partner group and acts as the focal point for ISS.
 Manages and prioritizes organizational partner requests and projects through the governance and system development lifecycle.
 Assists partner sponsors with development of business cases.
 Assembles and manages the project teams.
 Assures the necessary support to the ISS functions and responsibilities.
 Supports performance management and professional development of direct reports including ongoing feedback, coaching, and career support.
Applied Knowledge & Skills:

 Comprehensive knowledge of concepts, theories, practices and procedures with information technology project management.
 Extensive knowledge of computer systems, software, and programs.
 Provides technical assistance and support to direct reports and other divisions and departments as appropriate.
 Coordinates and supports collaboration in ISS project implementation to ensure appropriate staffing, monitoring, and evaluation.
 Actively participates and coordinates planning and status meetings to ensure proper implementation of programs and projects.
 Keeps Director informed of project or program issues; identify and implement best practices as appropriate.
 Acts as liaison to internal and external constituencies, vendors, sponsors, etc.
Problem Solving & Impact:

Leads business decisions regarding methods, techniques, and procedures for project design and completion.
 Works independently on several projects with minimal supervision.

 Demonstrated technical knowledge in ISS Management, including management of assigned personnel and budgets
 Knowledge of budgets and contracts.
 Decisions may affect the management and operations of an entire department or multiple departments.
Supervision Given/Received:

 Manages personnel and technical resources to maximize utilization, skillsets, and career objectives.
 Manages contractor resources, budgets, and deliverables.

 Manages employee performance, development, and career planning.

 Participates in the development and implementation of educational and training activities for staff.
 Enables cross-team collaboration and knowledge sharing within the group.
 Mentors junior staff and provides career progression guidance.
 Contributes to resource development efforts, including participation in proposal development.
 Manages the selection, development, and evaluation of assigned staff and budgets including recruitment, establishment of performance expectations, performance assessments, recommended action based on performance.
Education:

 Bachelor’s Degree or its International Equivalent
Experience:

 Typically requires 8+ years of experience with project management and managing IT systems and programs.
 Demonstrated mastery with software development life cycle, third party software analysis and selection, including Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMi) or other structured software implementation standards.
 Extensive experience with implementation of enterprise software applications.

 Typical office environment.
 Ability to spend long hours looking at computer screen and doing repetitive work on a keyboard.
 Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time.
 Ability to lift/move up to 5 lbs.
Technology to be Used:

 Personal Computer/Laptop, Microsoft applications (i.e., Office 365, SharePoint, Skype/Zoom/Teams), cell phone/mobile technology, and standard office equipment.
Travel Requirements:

The expected US Based hiring salary range for this role is listed below. Candidates FHI 360 pay ranges represent national averages that vary by geographic location. When determining an offer amount, FHI 360 factors in multiple considerations, including but not limited to: relevant years of experience and education possessed by the applicant, internal equity, business sector, and budget.

Base salary is only one component of our offer. FHI 360 contributes 12% of monthly base pay to a money purchase pension plan account. Additionally, all US based staff working full-time, which is calculated at 40 hours/week, receive 18 days of paid vacation per year, 12 sick days per year, and 11 holidays per year. Paid time off is reduced pro rata for employees working less than a full-time schedule.

US Based Hiring Salary Range: $117,000 – $156,000

International hiring ranges will differ based on location.
