We are seeking a diligent, detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Entry Level Data Entry Clerk. This role involves inputting various forms of data into electronic formats in a timely and accurate manner. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with different data management software and have a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter data into respective fields within various software platforms.
Review data for errors or discrepancies and correct any inconsistencies.
Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
Assist in the verification of data and perform regular data audits.
Meet daily and weekly data entry quotas.
Collaborate with team members on various projects that require data input.
Assist with the preparation of reports and documents that require data collection and compilation.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficient in typing with a strong attention to detail.
Basic understanding of databases and office software.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Skills (but not required):
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
Previous experience in a data entry role.
