Job Summary

The Enterprise Solutions team provides services to international organizations who want to reskill or upskill their workforce with the best education available worldwide, including top businesses, governments, and nonprofits. The sales, customer success, and revenue strategy & operations sub-teams make up this team. The teams work internationally.

As a member of Coursera’s Enterprise team, you will be instrumental in expanding access to top-notch education worldwide. In order to support Coursera’s expansion and long-term success, you will collaborate across the organization to create its Enterprise business and relationships.

As a driven, entrepreneurial sales expert, it will be your job to close deals in the enterprise sector.

Responsibilities:

  • exceeding all quarterly and yearly sales targets
  • Create a strategic territory strategy, generate and close enterprise sales opportunities, and increase revenue inside that area.
  • Predict sales accurately on a quarterly and monthly basis.
  • Utilize in-depth industry knowledge to advise and assist potential clients.
  • Share customer-driven insights across Coursera, including product, engineering, business development, and legal, by acting as the voice of the company partners.

Basic requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience selling Enterprise SaaS products to Forbes 500-level clients or similar clients
  • a track record of exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets when selling enterprise solutions to big, complicated businesses
  • being able to travel as necessary to attend events, trade exhibitions, and customer meetings
  • French and English business fluency is crucial

preferred credentials:

  • extensive SaaS company corporate sales experience
  • a track record of consistently surpassing quota by $1 million or more, with effectiveness in fulfilling sales commitments and properly projecting goals
  • Ability to communicate as a thought leader and visionary in the learning area and maintain your composure in meetings with C-suite officials from potential partners.
  • strong analytical and creative problem-solving capabilities, good interpersonal, organizational, and operational skills, and outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ease with working alone and collaboratively in confusing, rapidly-changing contexts
  • a demonstrated history of prospecting and creating demand within a region. an experienced “hunter” and closer
